Since 2019, Viola has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hong Kong, dedicated to continuous professional development and obtaining various certifications in different fields throughout her career. Some of her certifications include pain management, oncology, pediatrics in Chinese medicine, and community psychiatry. With her extensive clinical experience and comprehensive training, she believe that her years of practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine can provide effective treatments and accurate diagnoses.

Viola's areas of expertise include acupuncture for gynecological disorders and irregular menstruation,  needling for facial acne and hypertrophic scars, acupuncture facial rejuvenation, treatment of eczema, pediatric spleen and stomach disorders, common cold, as well as various types of cupping, moxibustion, bloodletting (Hijama), Gua Sha, cosmetic acupuncture, and three-season moxa treatment and prescribe Chinese herbal medicines.
